Exercise to get rid of headaches

In about 5 mins your headaches will go

During a headache,try to close your right nose and use your left nose to breath.In about 5 minutes your headache will go.

If you feel tired ,just reverse,close your left nose and breath through right nose.After a while you will feel your mind is refresh.

Right side belong to hot so it gets headed up easily.
Left side belong to cold.

Most female breath will their left nose,so they get “cooled off” faster.
Most of the guy breath will their right nose they will worked up.

Do you notice the moment you awake which side breath better ?
Left or right ?
If left is better you will feel tired
so close your left nose and use your right nose for breathing
You will fell refresh quickly.
